Every commission goes through an assessment of the design first to see how complex the desired finished product would look. The price will increase from the base provided price depending on agreement by both parties.

I will ask for 50% down payment before starting on your commission slot. The finished design and files will be sent after full payment is completed.

Upon paying the down payment for the commission work, your slot for a commission is secured and I, the artist, will start working on the commission immediately after payment or on the date agreed upon by both parties.

The final product will be delivered within 3-4 weeks after paying.

The client can only ask for a maximum of 3 major revisions.

Strictly no cancellations/refunds once I have started working on your commission.

The client can opt for an express commission (2-3 days of working on the commission) for an additional 50% of the total commission cost. Depending on slot availability.

All products will be provided in high quality png and are ready for import inside OBS. An additional 50% fee would be requested if the client wants to have a copy of the organized work files (figma).

I have the rights to post the commission result as my sample, you can let me know if you want me to post it after a certain date (e.g. Debut date), +100% fee for non-published option.
